Agility Blue contains a powerful billing tool built directly into the application. Billing types, rates, and narratives are fully customizable by users within each workspace. Billing rates and profiles can be set and controlled at the project, matter, or client level to ensure the correct rates are always entered without additional steps at the entry point. Entries can also be easily searched, viewed, and exported at the task, project, matter, client, or workspace level.

As a first step, Agility Blue recommends constructing a comprehensive list of standard billing types most frequently used by your organization prior to creating narratives and editing billing profiles. This ensures that all billing types will be captured at the standard rates before any modifications to pricing be applied. Canned narratives can also be easily added later once the billing suit is setup and running smoothly.
