If you're experiencing issues in the browser, such as outdated content or unexpected behavior, clearing your browser cache can often help solve these problems. Cached files can sometimes prevent you from seeing the latest updates or interacting with existing features. Below, you'll find steps to clear the cache for each major browser. Consult with your company’s IT or help desk if you need direct assistance.
Microsoft Edge
Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner to open the menu.
Select Settings.
Go to Privacy, search, and services from the left-hand panel.
Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.
Set the Time range to All time.
Check Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
Google Chrome
Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
Hover over More tools and select Clear browsing data.
In the dialog box, choose All time for the Time range.
Check Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner.
Select Settings.
Go to the Privacy & Security panel.
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click Clear Data.
Ensure Cached Web Content is selected.
Click Clear.
Safari (macOS)
Click Safari in the top menu and select Preferences.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
Close the Preferences window.
Click on Develop in the top menu and select Empty Caches.
