Users

The Users Tab shows a global view of user accounts within the organization

• The light blue tool bar allows for filtering, toggling fields on or off, exporting data and refreshing the user list
• To edit details about a user, disable access or delete the user click the context menu to the left of the username
• Disabling a user removes access to all workspaces and frees up the user license without deleting the user’s profile. This option maintains any historical data about the user and their interations with the workspace
• Deleting a user removes them from Agility Blue. Historical data is maintained.
