For users with the Organization Administrator
role, the Users tab on the home page provides a global view of all user accounts within your organization, including their role access, license information, and status.
Viewing User Account Details
If you prefer to view details or perform management functions directly on a user account, click on the user’s name in the grid and you will be routed to that user’s detail page. Check out the user details documentation for more information.
Users Grid Toolbar
At the top of the Workspaces grid, you’ll find a toolbar that provides quick access to several useful tools.
The buttons on the right side of the toolbar (from left to right) offer:
Filtering
By clicking on the filter icon on the toolbar, you will toggle the visibility of the filter row. Use this row to quickly find records using common filter options. Click on the filter icon next to each column name to reveal additional filter options.Column Selection
Choose which columns are visible in the grid, customizing the view to fit your needs.Export
Download the visible list columns and records to a file for reporting or analysis.Clear Sorting Clear any sorting applied by clicking on the clear sorting button.
Clear Filters
Clear any filters applied by clicking on the clear filters button.Refresh
Reload the grid to ensure you’re viewing the most up-to-date data.
Multi-Edit Functionality
The users grid allows managing multiple user accounts quickly through multi-edit functionality, which can be found on the left side of the grid toolbar. Click the multi-edit toggle button to show or hide the available multi-edit capabilities.

role to the selected users.Remove Organization Admin Role
Removes theOrganization Administrator
role from the selected users.Grant Request Portal Access

Removes the Portal User role from the selected users. Note that performing this action will have no effect on users that have theOrganization Administrator
role.Send Standard Activation Email
Sends the standard activation email to the selected users that includes a link that they can click on to gain access into the Agility Blue Core application.Send Request Portal Activation Email
Sends the request portal activation email to the selected users that includes a link that they can click on to gain access to the Agility Blue Request Portal application.Disable
Disables the selected users. Licensed seats that these users took up will be free to apply to other users If a user has theOrganization Administrator

Enables the selected users. An available licensed seat will be required for each user that has theOrganization Administrator

roles.Remove All Roles Removes all roles from the selected users (this has the same effect as disabling). This may be useful if you would like to clear mixed roles from a set of users in order to uniformly apply different roles.
Delete Button
Click this button to delete the selected users accounts.

Managing Users From The Users Grid
There are several options to manage a user’s account without having to navigate to their details page by clicking on the record context menu (three horizontal lines) located in the first column of the grid.
The options that are available in this menu are dependent on the current roles and status applied to the user:

Edit
Shown for all users. Opens a window so you can modify details such as name, email, and time zone.Delete
Shown for all users. Removes their account from Agility Blue. In most cases, disabling a user is a better option because it is functionally the same as deleting an account but it will also provide you with the ability to re-enable the account should you need to do so in the future. It is possible to recover a deleted account by contacting support.
Notice!
All details related to a user’s history and any recorded audit information that the user performed will always remain intact and never removed from the system — even if the user account is deleted.
