Check out the user details documentation for more information. ## Users Grid Toolbar At the top of the **Workspaces** grid, you’ll find a **toolbar** that provides quick access to several useful tools. ![Icons representing various functions like filter, download, and refresh in a toolbar.](https://cdn.document360.io/630eeab5-df61-41eb-8d61-d3488c45f27d/Images/Documentation/users grid toolbar.png) The buttons on the right side of the toolbar (from left to right) offer: - **Filtering** By clicking on the filter icon on the toolbar, you will toggle the visibility of the **filter row**. Use this row to quickly find records using common filter options. For more details on using the Agility Blue grid, check out the [Agility Blue grid documentation](/v1/docs/agility-blue-grid-introduction). ## Managing Users From The Users Grid There are several options to manage a user’s account without having to navigate to their details page by clicking on the **record context menu** (three horizontal lines) located in the first column of the grid. ![Menu options for user management including promote, grant access, and delete actions.](https://cdn.document360.io/630eeab5-df61-41eb-8d61-d3488c45f27d/Images/Documentation/managing users from the users grid png.png) The options that are available in this menu are dependent on the current roles and status applied to the user: - **Promote to Organization Admin** Shown if an enabled user does not have the `Organization Administrator` role.
