Each workspace acts as a separate environment where projects, tasks, and other data is managed. ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/630eeab5-df61-41eb-8d61-d3488c45f27d/Images/Documentation/image(131).png) ## Entering a Workspace To enter a workspace, simply **click on the workspace name** in the grid. This will open the workspace, allowing you to manage projects, tasks, and more within that environment. ## Workspace Grid Toolbar At the top of the **Workspaces** grid, you’ll find a **toolbar** that provides quick access to several useful tools. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/630eeab5-df61-41eb-8d61-d3488c45f27d/Images/Documentation/image(132).png) The buttons (from left to right) offer: - **Filtering** By clicking on the filter icon on the toolbar, you will toggle the visibility of the **filter row**. Use this row to quickly find records using common filter options. Click on the filter icon next to each column name to reveal additional filter options. - **Column Selection** Choose which columns are visible in the grid, customizing the view to fit your needs. - **Export** Download the visible list columns and records to a file for reporting or analysis. - **Clear Sorting** Clear any sorting applied by clicking on the clear sorting button. - **Clear Filters** Clear any filters applied by clicking on the clear filters button. - **Refresh** Reload the grid to ensure you’re viewing the most up-to-date data.
