The Form will appear under the drop down picker and the window will scroll automatically to the first field.
- While editing a Task. The User editing a Task will have the opportunity to remove existing Forms or add additional Forms to the Task. To add a Form while within the Edit Task window, choose a Form under the “Available Forms” drop down picker and click on the “Use Form” button. The Form will appear under the drop down picker and the window will scroll automatically to the first field.
- Using the “Add Form” shortcut on the Task toolbar or Task context menu. A dialog window will appear that will allow a user to select one or more forms to add to the existing Task. To add a Form, choose a Form under the “Available Forms” drop down picker and click on the “Use Form” button. Once a Form has been added, the User must fill out any fields that are marked as required in order to save the Task. A required field is indicated by an orange asterisk next to the Field’s label.
