Introduction

Agility Blue offers 3 supported methods for importing data from external sources:

• SFTP CSV file imports. For our enterprise customers, an SFTP server is available to receive csv files for clients, matters, contacts, billing entries, media log entries, and custom object entries file drops. This service is particularly useful for batch updating your data on a regular basis so that you can keep these records in sync with matter or financial management systems (Elite, Aderant, Clio, etc.).
• Utilize the Agility Blue API if you have the resources to create scripts or programs. The API is by far the most robust way to import data. Please refer to the API section for information on how to leverage the API.
• Enlist our support services to help import data at an hourly rate. Costs will be dependent on the difficulty of the import (for example, importing projects and tasks will take more time to import due to the dynamic nature of how tasks are stored), so contact support@sadiebluesoftware.com to get a quote.
