Permissions Groups

Permissions Groups are the central management Object for editing Permissions and adding and removing Users. To locate the Workspace Permissions Group:
- Ensure that you are logged into Agility Blue and in a workspace where you have rights to view and edit the Permissions Groups.
- Click on the Vertical Ellipsis menu item on the Navigation Bar to reveal additional menu items and select the Settings menu item.
- Finally, select the Permissions tab on the Workspace Settings vertical Tab Bar on the Left.
You will be presented with the Permissions page that lists the available Permissions Groups. From this page you can:
- Create New Permissions Groups.
- Filter on the available Permissions Groups list to locate a Permissions Group quickly.
- View and edit the permissions of each Permissions Group.
- See how many Users belong to each Permissions Group.
- Add or remove Users from each Permissions Group.
- Delete non-system Permissions Groups.
When a Workspace is created in Agility Blue, three Permissions Groups are automatically created: General Users, Power Users, and Workspace Administrators. The Workspace Administrators Permissions Group is the only Permissions Group where the permissions cannot be modified. The other two groups may act as starting points for Workspace Administrators to add Users and set permissions as desired.
To edit the Permissions Group name and description and to change the rights of each permission within a Permissions Group, click on the Permissions Group name. A Permissions Group can be deleted by clicking on the trash icon to the far right, and the Permissions Group Users can be managed by clicking on the users icon to the far right.
