Relativity Integration

Introduction

Integrating your Relativity® Server and RelativityOne® instances with an Agility Blue workspace allows you to link your Relativity workspaces to Agility Blue matters. This connection enables Agility Blue to collect and store Relativity workspace statistics, usage report metrics, and production set data directly within associated matters. By doing so, you can:

  • Gain contextual clarity by viewing relevant Relativity data within Agility Blue.

  • Analyze usage trends over time.

  • Integrate your Relativity billing processes by leveraging API connections, scripting, and reporting to further automate workflows, streamline financial tracking, and enhance billing accuracy within Agility Blue.

Relativity Integration Panel

Within an Agility Blue workspace, navigate to the integrations page by clicking on the gear icon at the top right, choose the Settings option, and then click on the integrations section tab on the left.

The Relativity integration panel has the following functionality:

  • Configuration cog icon button

Click on this button to add or update the current Relativity instance connection information.

  • Enabled/disabled switch

Flip this switch on or off to enable or disable the integration. If the integration is disabled, the Relativity section tab will not be visible on any matter details page.

  • Test Connection button

Click on this button to have Agility Blue reach out to Relativity and test that the connection is working. A brief message will show if the connection is valid or not, along with the Relativity version.

  • Clear Tokens button

Agility Blue stores login tokens in order to connect to Relativity. If you’ve recently changed permissions in Relativity, but they aren’t reflecting in Agility Blue, try to clear the tokens and test again.

  • Linked Matters button

Click on this button to launch a window that contains a grid list of all Agility Blue matters that are connected to Relativity workspaces. You can navigate or unlink these matters using the record context menu in the first column.

If Agility Blue detects a connected RelativityOne instance, a RelativityOne Metrics Settings button will be visible that when clicked, will provide management tools specifically for RelativityOne’s usage report metrics. Since Relativity Server does not offer usage report metrics, this button is only available for RelativityOne instances. For more detailed information the setting up Agility Blue to collect Relativity usage metrics, see the documentation.

Have multiple Relativity instances?

No problem! Contact support to setup as many Relativity instance integration panels as you need. You can also mix and match Relativity Server and RelativityOne integrations — Agility Blue will seamlessly provide information and context for either based on the configured instance.
