Linking Relativity Workspaces

After a successful connection has been made with Relativity, you can link Relativity Workspaces to Agility Blue Matters. By linking Relativity Workspaces to Agility Blue Matters, you gain a new tab within Agility Blue Matter details pages that present some Relativity insights such as Production Sets information and a variety of additional Relativity Workspace Metrics that are available when coupled with the Agility Blue Worksapce Statistics Collector Relativity Application. Furthermore, Agility Blue reports can be generated to help users gain insight into the projects, tasks, and billing entries that are created under Agility Blue Matters that are linked to Relativity Workspaces for the purposes of resource analysis.

To link a Relativity Workspace to an Agility Blue Matter:

1. Navigate to the details page of an Agility Blue Matter
2. Click on the Relativity integration tab (Note: This tab is only available when the Relativity integration is enabled)
3. Click the “Link a Workspace” button. Agility Blue will contact Relativity and provide a list of Relativity Workspaces that the configured Relativity User has access to.
4. Select the desired Relativity Workspace from the dropdown list and click “Save”. Note: You can link more than one Relativity Workspace to a single Agility Blue Matter (useful in situations, for instance, where there may be separate ECA and Review Workspaces n Relativity). Relativity Workspace may also be linked to more than one Agility Blue Matter.
5. The list of Relativity Workspaces linked to this Agility Blue Matter will be listed on this Linked Workspaces tab.

You may switch to the “Productions” tab to access real-time Relativity Production Set information related to the linked Relativity Workspaces.
