After successfully connecting to Relativity, you can link Relativity workspaces to Agility Blue matters. A new tab appears on each Agility Blue matter details page allowing you to link Relativity workspaces to it. When linked, you will be able to see basic information about the workspace and any production sets that exist within it. You may also see workspace usage report metrics for RelativityOne connections or workspace statistics for Relativity Server connections, with some additional setup for each.

The matter details page has the following areas:
Relativity tab
This tab is visible when at least one Relativity instance is connected to the Agility Blue workspace. Click on this tab to view the Relativity integration section specific to the current matter.
Workspace & Productions sub-tabs
The workspaces tab shows a list of the currently linked Relativity workspaces as a set of cards. Click on the productions tab to see a list of productions for each connected workspace.
Link a Workspace button
Click this button to be presented with a window that allows you to choose a Relativity workspace to link to the current matter.
Linked Relativity Workspace card
Displays linked Relativity workspace data. If you have set up the optional usage report metrics configuration for RelativityOne or installed the optional statistics collector Relativity app for Relativity server, you will see additional information that those collectors provide.
How to Link a Relativity Workspace
Click the Link a Workspace button and you will be presented with a window that allows you to select a connected Relativity instance and a Relativity workspace. The list of workspaces that are available arre controlled by the user account permissions in Relativity that Agility Blue uses when communicating with Relativity.

Select the desired Relativity workspace from the dropdown list and click the Save button. The workspace will be shown as a card within the Linked Workspaces sub-tab.
To unlink a workspace, click on the broken link icon button on the top-right portion of the workspace card.

Multiple workspaces & multiple matters
You can link more than one Relativity Workspace to a single Agility Blue matter. This is useful in situations, for example, where there may be separate ECA and Review workspaces in Relativity. A Relativity workspace may also be linked to more than one Agility Blue matter.
Relativity Production Sets
Clicking on the Productions sub-tab will provide you with access to real-time Relativity production set information that each linked Relativity workspace has.

The production set data acts as a pass-through and is not stored in Agility Blue anywhere. If your organization has the optional scripting kit module installed, there are scripted ways to save production information as volumes within your matter.
