Creating Billing Narrative Types

To create new preset billing narratives for use within new billing entries, navigate to the gear icon in the blue ribbon area and select billing narrative types.

From within the billing narrative types page, you will see a grid view of the current narratives that will be available for selection when creating a new billing entry.

• To edit current existing narratives, select the context menu to the left of the narrative, from here you can edit the narrative or delete it from the list

• To create new narratives, select the + New Narrative Type button from the top right-hand corner, the option to use plain text or rich text editor is available via a toggle switch in the top of the new billing narrative type window, enter the new narrative text in the text box and select save to create a new narrative
