  • Reply to emails and have those responses automatically linked to the correct task or conversation

Agility Blue connects email activity to your workspace using a combination of system-generated data and email conversation context.

When an email is sent or received, the system works to:

  • Include the managed inbox address when replying to or forwarding messages

  • Keep email threads intact when continuing a conversation

  • Avoid significantly modifying the original email content when replying
