Introduction

Project Templates are part of Agility Blue’s “Workflow” process. They serve as a way to save Project and Task information without having to create dummy projects to copy from and provide a cleaner process for creating a library of common projects and tasks in an effort to save time and reduce the risk of mistakes during the project creation process.

Project Templates benefit from being a specific type of Project within Agility Blue (the “Template” type) similar to Drafts in that Projects and Tasks specified as templates do not show up in the normal Project pool. Project Templates are maintained within their own Gridview under the settings menu from the navigation bar.
